We had a real good stay for a one night visit.
Our deluxe queen room was new-fashioned with a stunningly beautiful view of the park. The bathroom was large and beds were comfy. The location was perfect and excellent, within a close distance from Lake Eola Park.

The stay was pleasant for a one-night visit with very kind and helpful staff that made my experience enjoyable, I also enjoyed trying the local cuisine at a nearby small restaurant.

Everything was nice, so were good views of the park. Appreciated our single room. Private bathroom was clean. The hotel's location was great to the many attractions of Loch Haven Park. Besides, it was just next door to the Veteran's Day parade and the EDC Festival, and all the bars and restaurants downtown.

I really enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, and the proximity to the restaurants in Thorton Park.
The bed is awful. I think the mattress sloped downwards so my feet felt above my head, and there wasn't a thin or soft pillow to be had. Please fix this, because the hotel is great otherwise.

The place is clean, with free parking and a very comfortable bed, located centrally and not too far from Tupperware Tower.

The bed was really nice and comfortable, and the hotel it self is beautifully located by the lake and park Eola.
I didn't like that there wasn't any receptionist there all the time. When I arrived at 5pm to check in( which isn't a late hour) the door was locked and the reception was closed. I also think they should have coffee and tea making facilities in the guest rooms. I think the management should deal with these two simple but important things asap.

we found the location good for Orlando city. A spa treatment is available as is a jacuzzi.
The bedroom was extremely small and the bathroom tiny, no tea, coffee available in the room.

The rooms with a balcony were a real treat. the location made it super easy to get to all the stuff we wanted to do. It was like, everything was at our doorstep - totally awesome! 🌟

The staff was friendly and helpful.I loved the bed and all the pillows.I was able to get a small refrigerator in the room.Comfortable and quiet-safe.
I booked a massage with a particular therapist.Therapist was changed without consulting me.
